Members participating in the RedShell Crab Fattening or Grower Program acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Members of RedShell are not considered shareholders or stockholders of the company.

Therefore, they are not entitled to access, receive, or request any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information regarding the company's overall operations, financial standing, number of members, capital contributions of other members, the total number of crabs owned by RedShell, company-wide sales reports, or any other internal data.

Each member is only permitted to monitor and review their own crabs, earnings, and account performance, accessible through their personal RedShell account using a username and password they personally created.

As long as RedShell fulfills its obligation to issue the agreed-upon interest or returns to the member according to the stated schedule (weekly or monthly), members have no right to demand disclosure of any additional company information.

RedShell and its management are under no obligation to share internal reports, business strategies, or financial documents beyond the member's personal account details.

By participating in the RedShell Crab Fattening or Grower Program, you fully agree to and accept these terms as a condition of your involvement.
